About Our Client

Our partner is the supplier of primary aluminum and premium cast and rolled aluminum products. At their integrated site in Austria. They fully leverage core competencies in recycling, casting, rolling, heat-treatment, and surface finishing.

Job Description

  • Drives sales activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of the customers' needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continue business successfully
  • Follow customers' sales are in line with the strategy and necessary action plans are defined and continuous updating of the forecast within the framework of the specified S&OP process with the help of IBP;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g., aerospace,automotive, marine, industrial applications);
  • Prepare and deliver quotations - SAP calculation if necessary, negotiate contracts, and
  • close sales;
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer;
  • requirements;
  • Monitor and report on market conditions, customer trends, and competitor activities;
  • Collaborate with technology and quality teams to ensure customer specifications are met;
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth;
  • Attend industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and site visits as required;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering programs;
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management, ideally within the aluminium or
  • metals industry;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised;
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events;
  • Respective national language as well as foreign language English must, German is negotiable.
