QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or other relevant departments
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Strong personal, negotiation and communication skills
• Military service should be completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage customer credit limit & risk status in-line with company policies
• Establishment and adjustment of credit limits for customers
• Follow up and improvement of collateral status
• Daily control, release, and hold customer orders based on credit status
• Implement strategies to achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) target
• Prepare PD reports to track outstanding customer balances and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to manage and resolve overdue payments effectively
• Visit customers and work alongside the sales team to enhance market understanding and communication
• Make daily clearing of payments with invoices
• Involve in month-end closing, monthly forecast and AOP processes
• Ad-hoc analysis & reporting
