A leading mining company in Uşak, Turkey is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance activities at Kışladağ Mine. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in heavy industry, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of maintenance processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in mining or heavy industrial facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of crushing and screening systems, belt conveyors, feeders, pumps, industrial piping, and related mechanical components.
• Good command of English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance repairs.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
