THE ROLE:

A Cluster Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel, offering excellent service and influencing guest decisions to stay at the property.

What will I be doing?

• Accepting and entering reservations via telephone and email
• Converting inquiries into contracted business quickly
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
• Identifying sales leads as appropriate
• Responding to all customers professionally, ensuring reservations are accurate and meet guest expectations
• Providing prompt, efficient service while maintaining hotel brand standards
• Being aware of occupancy, revenue forecasts, and planned figures to meet targets
• Preparing and circulating weekly reports on summary, group inquiries, cancellations, and tour series forecasts to senior management
