We are looking for a Brand Manager for our partner company — a forward-thinking, community-driven organization redefining the future of workspace, lifestyle, and culture.

This role will support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies that strengthen positioning, enhance visibility, and build a strong emotional connection with the brand’s community. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and community teams to bring the brand vision to life through impactful campaigns, partnerships, and events.

Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Support the development and execution of the brand’s overall marketing and communication strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling brand narratives and campaigns that reflect the brand’s lifestyle and community-driven identity.
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, and offline channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery.
Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Support the identification and coordination of brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnership activations.
  • Work closely with the Regional and Marketing leadership teams to ensure partnerships align with brand goals and values.
Community & Events
  • Coordinate brand activations, community events, and experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage event calendars and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Content & Communication
  • Oversee the production of branded content, visuals, and messaging across channels.
  • Ensure communication materials are aligned with the brand’s tone, design, and strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communication (preferably in lifestyle, hospitality, coworking, or creative industries).
  • Experience in campaign planning, social media, and digital marketing execution.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish.
