A leading health-tech company in Turkey is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the CEO in a dynamic environment. The role involves data analysis, preparing executive materials, and project management. Ideal candidates will have a degree in an analytical field, over a year of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or analytics in a high-growth company.
  • Experience in project ownership and analytics in a startup environment.
  • Comfortable working directly with C-level executives.

Responsabilités

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare briefing notes and slide decks for the CEO and executive team.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams or projects and drive execution.
  • Conduct research on markets and competitors to inform company strategy.
