Working Hours:

3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Türkiye time, in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note: Due to Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes in the U.S., working hours in Türkiye may shift accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain accounting modules within the EHR system according to U.S. GAAP.
• Lead QuickBooks-to-EHR data migration, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure cost centers, permissions, and financial workflows for multi-state operations.
• Collaborate daily with U.S.-based teams in fluent English to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Document processes and establish best practices for ongoing EHR accounting management.
• Provide troubleshooting and long-term support for accounting module improvements.
• Assist with audit preparation and U.S. compliance-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• Fluent in English—both written and spoken.
• Proven experience with ERP or EHR system accounting module setup or migration.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with American accounting workflows.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience, including data export/import and reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across time zones.

Core Competencies:

• Comprehensive knowledge of General Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP).
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), including billing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, vendor management, and payment schedules.
• Familiarity with Payroll accounting, including deductions, taxes, and integration with financial systems.
• Experience reconciling balance sheets, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end/year-end close.
• Hands-on experience configuring accounting modules within EHR or ERP systems.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, data mapping, and import/export tools.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Fluent English communication for collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and proactive initiative-taking.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll and financial data.
