Job Description

As a Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost efficiency at ISS Türkiye. Your key responsibilities will include:

Financial & Cost Control Management

• Monitoring budget performance and preparing comparative monthly reports
• Performing cost analyses to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy

Reporting & Analysis

• Preparing and delivering monthly and weekly profit/loss reports to management
• Reviewing inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and informing project managers
• Conducting financial reporting and cost analysis

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implementing cost‑reduction initiatives in collaboration with operations managers
• Optimizing the use of ERP systems for enhanced efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with quality management, information security, and occupational health & safety policies

Strategic Business Support

• Conducting pricing and cost estimations for new projects
• Visiting project sites to identify opportunities for operational and financial efficiency
• Overseeing invoice processes and ensuring financial efficiency
