Job summary

Ferrero invites an experienced Workplace Management Specialist to join our East Black Sea Region plants. You will lead and coordinate workplace services, supplier relationships, and project implementations, ensuring alignment with Ferrero policies.

Fluency in Turkish and working English, plus SAP proficiency, and a track record of 2+ years in facility management in manufacturing will help you drive efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Preferably 2+ years in workplace/facility management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of workplace management, supplier management and industrial relations.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in SAP and relevant system applications with strong communication skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee workplace services (shuttle, fleet, canteen, cleaning) and ensure supplier performance and service quality.
• Create purchase requests, review invoices, maintain records, and monitor budget against plan.
• Execute day-to-day workplace activities per policies and foster relations with vendors.
• Identify supplier development opportunities and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Support implementation of workplace management projects and Group guidelines at the factory.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Workplace Management Specialist to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate Workplace Management activities across our East Black Sea Region Plants, acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on workplace-related matters and supporting the implementation of Group policies and initiatives at the local level.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee workplace services, including shuttle transportation, fleet operations, canteen services, cleaning services, and other facility-related activities, ensuring effective supplier performance and service quality.
• Create purchase requests, review and validate invoices, maintain accurate system records, process invoice entries, and monitor budget performance against planned expenditures.
• Execute day-to-day workplace management activities in line with company policies, procedures, and service standards while fostering strong relationships with external vendors.
• Identify and drive supplier development opportunities, promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of workplace management projects and Group guidelines within the factory environment, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational standards.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Preferably minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace management, facility management, administration, or similar roles, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of workplace management practices, supplier management, and industrial relations
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in SAP and relevant system applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with strong Turkish and working proficiency in English
