Job summary

Ferrero in Manisa invites applications for its START internship program in procurement. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in supplier registration, SAP Ariba, and reporting dashboards within a global snacks company.

You will work 5 days a week for 11 months, preferably from engineering fields, develop problem-solving and collaborative skills, and gain exposure to procurement processes in a multinational environment. Proficiency in English and Turkish is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and manage documentation per Ferrero standards
• Contribute to the creation of reporting dashboards
• Support vendor master data implementation and responsible sourcing initiatives

About the Role:

What will your key responsibilities be?

• Communicate with suppliers to support their registration and qualification processes in SAP and SAP Ariba

• Conduct supplier scouting activities, evaluate scorecards, and review financial reports
• Ensure compliance and manage documentation in line with Ferrero standards (including contracts and vendor files)
• Contribute to the creation of reporting dashboards
• Support both vendor master data implementation processes and responsible sourcing initiatives

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree
• Availability to work 5 days a week for 11 months (Preferably from engineering fields)
• Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience
• Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
• Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledgeable in SAP
• Proficiency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
