Job summary

HubX, Türkiye’s first app studio unicorn, seeks a Web Product Manager for its ScaleUp studio to own the B2C subscription web product vision and drive growth through experiments and data-led decisions.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to ship快速 and measurable improvements, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring conversion-focused UX across onboarding, paywall, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years as Web Product Manager in B2C subscription products
Strong understanding of web development lifecycle
Skilled in funnel and behavioral analysis and translating AB test results into decisions
Proficient in managing Scrum processes and guiding cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Own the B2C subscription web product vision and roadmap, translating growth targets into experiments and decisions
Refine and prioritize the backlog to align with business goals
Lead fast-paced experimentation across onboarding, paywall, trial and subscription flows
Design, launch and iterate AB tests to improve conversion metrics
Collaborate with designers to create conversion-focused UX and reduce friction
Work with developers to ship and validate features quickly
Prepare concise briefs to align teams around goals and metrics
Conduct competitive research and turn insights into product improvements
Use data to drive decisions for acquisition, conversion, and retention
