TapSuite
TapSuite is a studio that builds, publishes, and owns utility apps designed to make everyday tasks faster, smarter, easier and healthier. Through apps like CleanX, Lean, NoteAI and AI Detector, we develop scalable mobile and web products that solve real problems and reach millions of users globally.
What we look for
- BS in Engineering, Business, MIS or related disciplines.
- Recent graduates or candidates with relevant internship, academic or personal project experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or a similar field.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently write, validate and analyze BigQuery queries related to user behavior, product performance and event data.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A healthy blend of general technical knowledge, customer focus and empathy.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, stakeholders, designers and technical teams.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ways of working, including backlog management, grooming and sprint planning.
- Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to support product roadmap preparation and prioritization discussions.
- Understanding of A/B testing, including hypotheses, target audiences, success metrics and experiment results.
- Understanding of release processes, pre-release checks, regression testing and post-release monitoring.
- Comfortable using Jira and Figma.
- Experience with analytics and product tools such as Looker, Google Analytics and Sensor Tower is a plus.
- A desire to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and follow-up skills.
- Good command of English.
Some of your responsibilities
- Conducting or supporting qualitative and quantitative research to help define unclear problems.
- Writing and analyzing BigQuery queries to investigate user behavior, product performance and event data.
- Analyzing product and customer metrics to identify trends, problems and improvement opportunities.
- Translating user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Preparing business analysis documents, test cases, simple mockups and prototypes when needed.
- Participating in grooming sessions with the Development Team to clarify requirements and ensure a shared understanding of Product Backlog items.
- Working closely with designers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Supporting A/B test planning by helping define hypotheses, target audiences, success metrics and experiment follow-up.
- Supporting release readiness by tracking critical user flows, bugs, regression checks and release checklists.
- Monitoring product behavior and analytics after release and reporting important findings to the Product Manager.
- Keeping Jira tasks, project documentation, decisions and action items up to date.
- Being in sync with team members using Agile approaches and ensuring that follow-ups are completed.
- Bringing clear requirements to engineers and actively participating in technical discussions.
