Job summary

HubX Inc. in Turkey invites an experienced Product Lead for TapSuite to shape a portfolio of mobile and web apps. You’ll define strategy, own product metrics, mentor Product Managers, and drive monetization and growth across multiple products.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing, balancing user value with profitability, leading fast experimentation, and turning ideas into scalable products. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Software, Computer, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including leading Product Managers or a complex portfolio.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience owning commercial outcomes for consumer products, incl. subscription, monetization, pricing, retention, or P&L.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product and portfolio strategy for multiple mobile/web apps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers; set high bar for ownership and execution.
• Own key metrics: revenue, retention, conversion, LTV, profitability; steer priorities with insights.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and central teams to roadmaps and execution.
• Build product processes: identify opportunities, prioritize bets, enable experimentation, scale initiatives.
• Communicate product vision across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize operational efficiency to meet KPIs.
• Ensure each app has clear goals, roadmap, and regular reviews.
• Guide the studio toward sustainable, profitable growth within guardrails.
• Collaborate with studio leaders to share learnings and raise the product bar.
