Job summary

Jet2.com Limited, part of Jet2holidays, is seeking a Resort Representative in Side to join our team and help create memorable holidays for guests. You will deliver VIP customer service using our in-house digital systems on a tablet, working with internal and external partners to resolve queries and disruptions.

You should live near Side, have a valid driving license, be over 21 with at least 1 year of driving experience, and be willing to drive a manual car.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Must be solution oriented, friendly & positive, confident with digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver VIP, industry-leading customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Support guests during disruptions or escalations in-resort.
• Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call & messaging.
• Work with internal/external partners to ensure smooth guest journeys.
• Assist with airport duties on busy flight days as needed.
