Role involves greeting customers, handling disruptions, and guiding transfers in the arrivals hall and departures terminal. Flexible shifts and outdoor duties are required, with local rights to work in Turkiye.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be solution oriented, friendly and positive.
• Comfortable using digital systems on a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and deliver memorable airport transfers.
• Be a point of contact during disruptions and escalations, working with partners to maintain on-time performance.
• Represent Jet2holidays in arrivals/departures and provide essential transfer information.
