İGA Istanbul Airport invites an experienced C-VIP Reservation Center Agent to join our team. You will manage VIP passenger reservations 24/7, coordinate with departments, and tailor personalized VIP services to meet high expectations.

You should have luxury hospitality or aviation experience, strong English, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure in a shift-based schedule. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, aviation or VIP terminals.
• Proven track record in VVIP relations and personalized service.
• Excellent English and preferred second language.
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule and under pressure.
• Experience using CRM and reservation systems; commitment to privacy.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage VVIP passenger reservation requests 24/7.
• Handle and process all requests via phone, email, WhatsApp or CRM.
• Organize VIP terminal usage, lounges, transfers and assistants.
• Prepare customized service plans and update passenger profiles.
• Record, track and coordinate reservations with departments.
• Solve problems quickly and inform passengers of changes.
• Collect post-reservation feedback and monitor satisfaction.
• Prepare periodic reports and service analyses.
• Coordinate with VIP service teams and transfer units.
