Job summary

ROBINSON Club GmbH is seeking a Guest Relations Employee (m/f/d) to be the go-to person for guests, handling requests and complaints with warmth and professionalism. You will convey a cheerful manner, resolve issues before they arise, and help guests enjoy their holiday to the full by being open-minded and friendly.

This role requires training in the service industry, at least 2 years in tourism field service, and fluency in German with good conversational English; willingness to live and work

Qualifications

• Training in the service industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in tourism field service.
• German and good conversational English.
• Flexibility and a willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months.
