Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients via frequent communication.
• Build customer service processes, formulate rules, and track status of key customers.
• Analyze client behavior, identify needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders from different departments to provide excellent service solutions.
