Job summary

Responsibilities

• Continuously study how people interact with Jotform and observe their experience.
• Identify pain points and opportunities to address for better UX.
• Analyze and report on whether changes achieve desired results.
• Conduct user research via remote usability testing, surveys, diaries, and benchmarks.
• Generate personas based on behaviors, goals, and demographics.
• Help establish best practices and processes for the UX Research Team.
