Job summary

Goldwind is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new opportunities in the Turkish wind energy market. You will build strong customer relationships, support tenders, and collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects.

You will work with technical, commercial, contract, finance, legal, supply chain, and project teams, coordinating efforts across the full business development lifecycle while traveling for customer meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years in business development, sales or commercial roles.
Experience in wind/renewable energy or EPC is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of Turkish renewable energy and wind market.
CRM experience, tendering, and proposal preparation knowledge.
Knowledge of wind turbine projects and project lifecycle helps.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities in wind energy.
Build long-term relationships with customers, developers, investors, and EPCs.
Develop and manage the business opportunity pipeline with regular updates to management.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
Coordinate with internal teams to craft technical and commercial solutions.
Support proposals, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Assist in annual planning, forecasting, and market development strategies.
