Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in Turkish (written and spoken) and English.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record of actively executing sales/upselling within customer support or customer success.
• Proven track record of maintaining high CSAT scores through empathetic communication.
• Resourceful and self-reliant with strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Balance tech efficiency with a human touch, using AI to speed workflows while keeping interactions warm and personal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with video calls and meetings.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent customer care via chat, email, and meetings for Turkish and English-speaking customers.
• Maintain high CSAT by providing empathetic, high-quality responses while leveraging AI to speed processes.
• Execute upsells and drive account expansions during support interactions.
• Research and investigate internal documentation before escalating issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze data to identify root causes.
• Resolve cancellations, knowledge gaps, and account issues quickly and effectively.
• Gather feedback and share feature requests with internal teams; update macros/docs.
• Collaborate across Customer Interactions and other departments.
