Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field.
• Minimum diploma in business administration or business management with strong numerical skills.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience, frontline operations (Livechat and Email).
• Experience in financial institutions or fintech is advantageous.
• Strong numeric acumen and ability to analyze statistics.
• Proficient in English & Turkish for oral and written communication with market counterparts.
• Desire to develop knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading.
• Team player, self-driven, able to respond to client requests promptly.
