Bybit is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to support the Compliance Manager in monitoring Turkish regulatory requirements and ensuring policy adherence. The role emphasizes AML reviews, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across audits and regulatory filings.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in compliance, strong Turkish/English communication, and hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and AML tooling. This is an on-site position in Turkey.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, ideally fintech/crypto.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or compliance/AML tooling.
• Ability to interpret Turkish regulatory guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct ongoing AML scenario reviews and sanctions-related checks.
• Obtain and manage access for compliance data sources and reporting tools.
• Generate and maintain compliance reports and data sets for regulators.
• Monitor Turkish regulatory updates and assess impact on workflows.
• Support internal and external audits with data and analysis.
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and case files.
• Collaborate on regulatory filings and ad hoc reviews.
