Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie - Cold Section to lead Turkish cold dishes in a premium setting. You will prepare meze, dips, salads and cold appetizers, ensuring top quality, consistency and presentation.

The role requires strong Turkish cuisine knowledge, HACCP compliance and teamwork with the Sous and Head Chefs. Join a renowned culinary team delivering exceptional experiences at our luxury venues, with focus on precision, creativity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably Turkish cuisine.
• Experience as Chef de Partie - Cold Section / Garde Manger in fine-dining, luxury hotel or premium hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish meze, cold appetisers, salads and dips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Turkish cold dishes, meze, salads, dips and appetisers according to recipes and standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of traditional Turkish ingredients, flavours and prep techniques.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control.
• Ensure hygiene, mise en place and storage procedures are followed.
• Train and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain calm efficiency during busy service periods.
