Job summary

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters seeks a Treasury Senior Specialist in Finance, based in Altunizade, Istanbul. You will execute and optimize bank loans, trade finance, and ECA-backed transactions while coordinating with banks and insurers to strengthen liquidity and risk management.

The role requires 5+ years in treasury/finance with strong English and advanced financial modelling skills. Aide from a dynamic corporate environment, growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Finance with English instruction.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is an asset.
• Strong understanding of trade finance, structured finance and capital markets.
• Practical knowledge of FX derivatives (forwards, swaps, options).
• Ability to read and assess loan documentation and term sheets.
• Cash flow modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with data-driven communication for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor bank loans, leasing facilities, syndications and similar funding instruments.
• Negotiate loan agreements and manage drawdown and related processes.
• Prepare early repayment and funding cost analyses.
• Manage relationships with banks, investment banks and leasing companies.
• Execute ECA-backed financing transactions (e.g., Euler Hermes, SACE, Coface, Eximbank).
• Establish buyer’s/supplier’s credit and trade finance structures.
• Coordinate with banks, insurers, legal counsels and technical advisors in ECA processes.
• Execute LC/SBLCs, documentary credits, LC guarantees and related instruments.
• Manage documentary credit pricing, risk monitoring and limits in foreign trade.
• Handle export commitments closures and document acceptance statements.
• Execute non-recourse true sale of export trade receivables.
• Oversee trade finance documentation and loan contract reporting.
• Utilize FX derivatives including forwards, swaps and structured products.
• Prepare liquidity, risk and funding analyses for senior management.
• Contribute to Annual Report preparations and bank presentations.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Treasury Senior Specialist\" in Finance. The position is based in \"Altunizade, İstanbul\"

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor bank loans, leasing facilities, syndications, and similar funding instruments
• Negotiate loan agreements and manage drawdown and operational processes
• Prepare early repayment and funding cost analyses
• Actively manage relationships with banks, investment banks, and leasing companies
• Execute ECA-backed financing transactions (e.g., Euler Hermes, SACE, Coface, Eximbank)
• Establish buyer’s credit, supplier’s credit, and insured / uninsured trade finance structures
• Coordinate with banks, insurance institutions, legal counsels, and technical advisors throughout ECA processes
• Execute LCs, SBLCs, documentary credits, standby letters of credit, deferred negotiable LCs, bank guarantees, avals, and other trade finance instruments
• Manage documentary credit pricing, risk monitoring, and limit establishment in foreign trade transactions
• Handle export commitment closures (Customs Declarations – GB) and Export Document Acceptance Statement closures when required
• Execute non-recourse true sale transactions of export trade receivables
• Manage trade finance documentation processes and monitor/report loan agreements and related contracts
• Utilize FX derivative instruments including forwards, swaps, and structured FX products
• Prepare funding, liquidity, and risk analysis reports for senior management
• Contribute to Annual Report preparation processes
• Prepare bank presentations and credit committee materials
• Ensure compliance with internal control, limit, and authorization frameworks

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an English-instructed program in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is an asset
• Strong understanding of trade finance, structured finance, and capital markets instruments
• Practical knowledge of FX derivatives (forwards, swaps, options)
• Ability to read, interpret, and assess loan documentation and term sheet structures
• Cash flow modelling and financial analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
• Clear, concise, and data-driven communication skills for senior management

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, leasing, or real sector treasury / finance functions
• Hands-on banking experience in: Trade Finance, DCM / Structured Finance, ECA / Export Finance
• Real sector experience is considered a strong advantage
• Advanced level of English with strong financial and contractual literacy
