Job summary

Aksa Carbon in Turkey is seeking a Treasury Specialist who brings strong analytical skills and a passion for financial markets to our growing team. The role covers cash operations, liquidity forecasting, and risk assessment, with close collaboration across sales, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will manage bank accounts, monitor FX exposure, support working capital goals, and participate in company financial analysis.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related department.
• Passion for Finance and global financial markets.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Preferably has knowledge of VBA.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the task in a fast-paced environment.
• Competence in teamwork, strong analytical approach, enable a learning approach to solve problems.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Yalova, İzmit, Bursa, or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of cash operations and bank account maintenance
• Forecasting of company liquidity and cash flow
• Credit risk assessment of new and existing customers
• Involvement in customer collection activities in line with company’s working capital goals
• Foreign exchange exposure and liquidity management
• Preparation and analysis of company financial results
• Close collaboration with sales, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing and other functions
• Compliance monitoring for company guidelines and applicable laws
• New employees are provided with accommodation at the company’s social facilities for up to 6 months to support their relocation and onboarding process.
