Senior Structured Finance Associate | Beykoz, Istanbul

What You'll Be Doing:
- Take an active role in project finance and other complex financing transactions, including the evaluation of financing alternatives, negotiations, documentation and closing processes
- Develop, review and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, debt capacity analysis, valuations, scenario analyses and sensitivity analyses.
- Analyze financing structures, repayment profiles and key financial and credit metrics, including DSCR and leverage ratios.
- Manage due diligence processes in coordination with legal, technical, environmental, insurance and other advisors.
- Analyze key risks associated with financing transactions and contributed to identifying the necessary actions.
- Prepare financial analyses and documentation required for financing applications, management presentations and internal approval processes.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing financings, including covenant compliance, DSCR and other key financing metrics.
- Take an active role in refinancing, amendment, waiver and where required, restructuring processes relating to existing facilities.
- Coordinate transaction timelines and closing processes with banks, legal advisors and other relevant parties.
- Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Risk, Accounting and relevant business units, while coordinating with local and international banks, DFIs, ECAs and other financial institutions
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, corporate banking or a related field
- Strong knowledge of debt financing structures, credit analysis, financial statements and risk assessment.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
- Experience in reviewing and/or negotiating financing documentation and working with legal and other transaction advisors.
- Experience working with local and international financial institutions; exposure to DFIs, ECAs or multilateral financial institutions is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and transaction timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- CFA, ACA or similar professional qualifications are considered an advantage.
