Job summary

A leading participation bank in Turkey is seeking a Treasury Sales professional. You will be responsible for pricing FX and Treasury products, assessing client exposures, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Banking, with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Price FX spot/forward and other structured Treasury products competitively for Commercial & ME clients, always in line with participation banking standards,
• Assess client FX and rate exposures and design tailored Treasury solutions within the framework of participation banking principles,
• Conduct strategic market analysis & marketing: segment-based campaigns and trade ideas to increase wallet share,
• Grow the Treasury portfolio via strong branch collaboration: pipeline reviews, joint visits, enablement sessions,
• Conduct professional client visits and relationship management to strengthen loyalty and identify new opportunities,
• Coordinate with Trading/ALM for executable levels, limits, and end-to-end booking
• Maintain proactive client coverage: call plans, rollover/maturity management, disciplined CRM hygiene,
• Track daily market developments and communicate their impact to clients.

What we are looking for

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Sales, Treasury, or Corporate Banking,
• Capital Market Activities License (SPK License) or commitment to obtain within 6 months,
• Good command of English,
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills,
• Knowledge of financial markets, FX and Treasury products,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg,
• Passion for financial markets and a results-driven mindset.
