Job summary

Analitika Laboratuvar ve Proses Kontrol Cihazları is seeking an Application Engineer based in Istanbul to support customer-specific applications, training, and field implementation of our laboratory devices. You will collaborate with lab and process control professionals, OEMs, resellers, and internal teams to ensure safe, effective use of our solutions and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed in the requirements.
• About 3 years of experience in the laboratory device industry or similar environments.
• Strong training, presentation and technical communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-specific applications, training, and field implementation for products.
• Plan and run theoretical and practical training programs for customers.
• Provide technical application support during demonstrations and events.
• Coordinate workshops with internal teams and resellers.
• Maintain training materials and product-related documentation.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights with product teams.
• Support sales with technical and application knowledge.
• Travel frequently to customer sites across Türkiye.
