Job summary

Analitika Laboratuvar ve Proses Kontrol Cihazları is seeking an Application Engineer based in Istanbul to support customer-specific applications, training, and field implementation of our laboratory devices. You will collaborate with lab and process control professionals, OEMs, resellers, and internal teams to ensure safe, effective use of our solutions and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed in the requirements.
• About 3 years of experience in the laboratory device industry or similar environments.
• Strong training, presentation and technical communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-specific applications, training, and field implementation for products.
• Plan and run theoretical and practical training programs for customers.
• Provide technical application support during demonstrations and events.

About The Job

We are looking for an Application Engineer based in Istanbul who will be required to travel frequently to customer sites across
Türkiye.

Your Role

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for the customer/device specific applications, user training and field implementation processes of our products. You will work closely with laboratory and process control professionals, OEM customers, resellers and internal teams to ensure the correct, safe and effective use of our solutions while contributing to customer satisfaction and commercial success.

The Role Of Application Engineer Will Involve

• Supporting the application processes of new and existing products and carrying out training, demonstrations and field applications during product launches.
• Planning and delivering theoretical and practical training programs for customers.
• Supporting the correct, safe and effective use of our products.
• Coordinating demonstrations, workshops and application activities in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Providing technical application support during congresses, workshops, demonstrations and other customer events.
• Maintaining application-focused communication with sector professionals and key users and collecting feedback.
• Gathering and analysing customer, user and their workflow feedback and sharing relevant insights with the responsible teams and manager.
• Supporting the preparation and updating of training materials, technical documentation and product-related content.
• Following up with customers after training activities and supporting the sustainable and effective use of our products.
• Supporting the resolution of customer complaints from technical perspectives and communicating feedback to the relevant teams.
• Providing product, technical and strategic support to Sales teams.
• Providing product and application support to resellers and business partners.
• Monitoring and reporting product and application performance regularly.
• Communicating with the technical experts of the brands we distribute

Job Requirements

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering, life sciences or chemistry discipline.
• Prefferably three years of experience in the laboratory device industry.
• Technical knowledge about laboratory products.
• Good understanding of laboratory environments and the working dynamics of sector professionals.
• Strong training, presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and responsible working approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Valid Class B driving licence and active driving experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• For male candidates, completion of military service or no military obligation is required.

Working conditions: Field-based role with frequent travel to customer sites across Türkiye.
