Job summary

Getac Inc. is seeking a Field Application Engineer in Turkey to engage early with potential customers, provide high level technical expertise, and support the sales team in pre- and post-sales activities.

Strong English communication is required to coordinate with HQ and global teams. The role requires hands-on diagnostics, PC architecture knowledge, and willingness to travel as needed, with daily collaboration across local and global account teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful

Qualifications

Turkish native with very good English in verbal and writing.
5 Years general experience in service/IT environment.
Minimum 3 years direct experience in computer diagnostics and repair.
Detail knowledge of PC architecture and willingness to adapt to Getac products.
Willingness to travel as required by the company.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales support to map out customer requirements to Getac solutions.
Post-Sales issue support and escalation for enterprise customers.
Manage technical queries with regular reviews and SLA meetings.
Log all technical issues in Salesforce and produce reports for internal/external audiences.
Collaborate with sales to provide proactive product support and escalate when needed.
Conduct regular product technical updates and golden sample evaluations for enterprise customers.
