You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and lead labor relations under Turkish law.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of broad People Lead experience with transformation or large-scale change.
• Deep understanding of Turkish labor law and employee relations.
• Trusted business partner able to engage and influence at all levels.
• FMCG or matrixed environment experience preferred.
• Organizational design skills and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organizational design & workforce planning across project lifecycle.
• Change management including employee engagement and communication.
• Talent & capability building with hiring and development plans.
• Employee & labor relations aligned with Turkish law.
• Data-driven KPI tracking and actionable insights.
• Strategic business partnering with senior leaders.
• Support regional Turkey Eurasia People Leadership initiatives.
• Drive culture, engagement and DEI in the region.
