Job summary

Kerry, a world-leading taste and nutrition company, is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to drive DaVinci Gourmet’s brand and trade execution in Turkey. You will partner with sales, distributor teams and regional stakeholders to translate brand strategy into practical actions, while traveling up to 75% across Turkey to support activations and market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or Foodservice marketing/trade marketing in a multinational environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, customer and market data.
High attention to detail and strong brand sensitivity; ability to act as a brand guardian.
Proficiency in English and Turkish.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time for field execution, distributor visits and customer activations.

Responsibilities

Support execution of DaVinci Gourmet marketing plans including launches, promotions, menu updates and visibility initiatives.
Execute trade activations across HORECA and distributor networks.
Manage POSM, equipment, and visibility materials following brand guidelines.
Develop sales enablement tools and provide customer-facing content.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, QA and related teams to ensure trade readiness for new products.
Monitor trade performance and deliver monthly trade marketing reports with actionable insights.
