Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Krater Senior Marketing Specialist in Turkey to lead marketing plan development and execution for the Krater brand within the Foodservice sector.

You will drive trade activation, product launches, and customer-facing initiatives, collaborating with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver growth, brand visibility, and commercial results in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

About the role

The Krater Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving the growth ambitions of Kerry Foodservice in Turkey. The position is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance across the foodservice channel.

This role reports directly into the Head of Marketing, Foodservice MEA & Türkiye, with a dotted line to the Brand Manager, Foodservice Turkey.

The role will own marketing plan execution, trade activation programs, product launches, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing initiatives for Krater - engaging directly with the Head of Sales, distributors, customers, and cross-functional teams, and operating with a high degree of independence and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for Krater, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Drive channel-specific marketing initiatives that build brand visibility and deepen customer engagement within the foodservice sector.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including digital, trade, and customer-facing activities.
• Own campaign performance tracking, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring effective market introduction and commercial readiness.
• Shape launch materials, product positioning, and customer communication plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Own product-related marketing activities across the full product lifecycle, proactively identifying risks and commercial opportunities.
• Act as the day-to-day brand steward for Krater in Turkey, ensuring consistency across all customer- and market-facing touchpoints.

Qualifications and skills

• Up to 5 years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Foodservice Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, or a related commercial marketing role.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product launches, trade marketing activities, and customer activation programs — not just supporting execution.
• Experience working in a B2B, foodservice, or distributor-led environment is preferred.
• Strong marketing fundamentals with a track record of independently driving brand and commercial activation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations, with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
• Commercially minded with a customer-centric and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively & lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
• Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment operating with autonomy.
• Passion for foodservice, culinary trends, and brand building.
