Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to bolster the Retail Sales team, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

The role involves CRM support, quotes and sample requests, and collaboration across supply chain, regulatory, and finance. Strong Turkish and English skills, plus a Food Engineering degree, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education Degree in Food Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the flavour, ingredients and foodservice sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication flow from sales back to internal teams (Supply Chain, RD&A, Regulatory, Commercial Finance, Operations).
• CRM Support: Kerry Specs; SDS; Quotes requests, tracking, feedback; Sample requests, tracking, feedback; support Opportunity creation & updates.
• General & Project Support: cover sales when travelling; annual pricing; represent Commercial in cross-functional meetings; coordinate team meetings.
• Bridge Front Office to Middle Office: customer forecasts to demand planners; update opportunity probability; service issues logs; credit coordination with Finance.
• Leads & Customer Master data: ownership of new leads; Salesforce contacts; SAP new customer/change requests.
• Collaborate with departments on processes related to the function; uphold Kerry values.
• Manage some customers when needed.

About the role

The Sales Support Assistant plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end process for the Retail Sales team. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments to resolve operational issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Working alongside the Sales Ingredients Department, the Sales Support Assistant will contribute to a variety of tasks aimed at improving service delivery and supporting business growth with managing some accounts directly.
