Job summary

Monster Energy in Turkey seeks a Trade Marketing Manager to drive trade marketing and consumer activation initiatives across Asia. You will review and challenge promotions to ensure alignment with brand standards, deliver impact, and mitigate business risks.

Key responsibilities include owning trade marketing processes, managing schedules, and collaborating with HQ and local teams to improve workflow and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing, trade, or sales management experience in CPG.
• 1–3 years in marketing business planning and revenue management leadership.
• Computer skills: advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Drive trade marketing and consumer activation initiatives across Asia.
• Review promotions and trade programs to align with brand standards and mitigate risks.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones.
• Collaborate with Asia Marketing Operations to improve workflow and program effectiveness.
