Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Preferably at least 2 years of FMCG experience or a recent graduate.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor 4P execution across all sales channels.
• Create, develop, revise and re-issue planograms.
• Manage development, planning, and production for POP materials and displays.
• Plan and track consumer campaigns (planning, execution, results).
• Monitor product launch processes.
• Create and track activity schedules.
• Observe market, competitor and consumer trends via field/store visits.
• Develop channel and shopper plans and report field execution.
• Contribute to setting annual and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate between Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.
