Job summary

Gizli, a leading Food & Beverage Services company, is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist for our Head Office. You will manage cross-country content, coordinate with brand managers, organize production including shoots, and oversee marketing materials.

This role requires strong English, agency relations, and a passion for trends in F&B, retail, or travel, with field visits to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant department.
• Experience in content management, production or marketing communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage screen content across countries and coordinate adaptations.
• Identify new content needs and coordinate with brand managers.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production including shoots.
• Coordinate menus, visual materials, screen apps, and presentation content.
• Monitor trends in F&B, retail, travel; develop content development recommendations.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate brand implementations and feed back.
• Coordinate work with agencies, production companies, and suppliers and follow up.

Job Description:

• Managing screen content used in operations across different countries, evaluating content requests received from the field, and overseeing the necessary adaptation processes.
• Identifying new content needs and ensuring coordination with relevant brand managers.
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring all production processes, including video and photo shoots.
• Coordinating requests related to menus, visual materials, screen applications, presentation content, and other marketing materials.
• Monitoring trends in the food & beverage, retail, and travel sectors; analyzing best practices and developing recommendations for content development processes.
• Conducting regular field visits to evaluate brand implementations and incorporating the feedback obtained into content and material development processes.
• Coordinating work carried out with agencies, production companies, and other suppliers, and following up on processes.
