Job summary

Gürok Group is seeking a Demand and Portfolio Manager (Tourism) to drive digital transformation across Tourism business units. You will connect business needs with Technology & Digital teams, manage end-to-end portfolios, and prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and resources.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in business analysis or portfolio management within tourism, strong English skills, and experience with Jira and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis or portfolio management, preferably in tourism.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of software development processes and digital projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Tourism units and Technology & Digital teams by analyzing needs and documenting requirements.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio and roadmaps for Tourism businesses.
• Prioritize demands based on value, impact, feasibility, and resources.
• Identify technologies to improve digitalization and customer experience.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and report to senior management.
