Job summary

Gürok Group invites a seasoned HR Digital Solutions Manager/Lead to join its Information Technologies Team during a bold digital transformation. You will oversee end-to-end HR technology initiatives, aligning HR processes with technology, data governance, and secure integrations across platforms such as Logo J-HR, SAP SuccessFactors, and Peoplise.

You will partner with HR and IT, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Six years+ of HR technology project experience within IT organizations.
• Deep understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and PM.
• Hands-on with HR platforms such as Logo J-HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Peoplise.
• Experience with ERP systems, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR technology projects from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Act as liaison between HR, IT, stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable HR technology solutions.
• Manage integrations between HR platforms and enterprise applications.
• Oversee UAT, change management, training and production releases.
• Drive Digital HR roadmap using automation, AI, analytics and emerging tech.
