Job summary

Etstur seeks an experienced Art Director to lead creative projects for corporate and digital campaigns. The role focuses on delivering original visuals, social media content, and campaign concepts with strong leadership. Fluency in English is required, and experience managing teams within fast-paced environments is essential.

The ideal candidate will guide design strategy across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and audience needs in Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication and Graphic Design.
• 8+ years as Art Director in an agency or corporate environment.
• Ability to closely follow the dynamics of the digital world.
• Experienced in team management.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of English.
