Job summary

Memorial Healthcare Group seeks a dynamic Compensation & Benefits professional to join the team in Turkey. Role focuses on managing compensation review processes, contributing to job matching via Korn Ferry Library, and participating in market surveys to inform total remuneration decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience, excellent English, and strong MS Office/Excel skills, with proven analytical and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree as stated in related fields (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics).
Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to handle multiple assignments with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Manage and support compensation review processes.
Contribute to job matching using the Korn Ferry Job Library methodology.
Participate in total remuneration and spot salary surveys.
Monitor and analyze market trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits.
Conduct in-depth analyses of total remuneration survey results and provide insights.
Support HR digitalization initiatives and related projects.
Assist in developing and implementing Compensation & Benefits policies.
Prepare ad-hoc HR reports and data analyses as needed.
