Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks a Senior Title Clearance Lead to direct the title clearance team and ensure accurate lien resolutions for real estate loans. You will supervise workload, mentor staff, and uphold SLAs and compliance across processes.

This role is fully remote with a US-based schedule (ET) and requires strong leadership, regulatory understanding, and collaboration with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• 10 years in title with substantial management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
• Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
• Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
