Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks a Processing Analyst to manage loan files end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely completion. You will work with Underwriting, Closing, Title, Valuation, and Legal teams, maintaining SLAs and driving workflow improvements.

Strong communication with customers and internal teams is essential. Daily tasks include reviewing documents, updating files, and resolving outstanding items while ensuring compliance with loan requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of banking or finance experience.
• Commercial lending experience and understanding of loan documents preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned loan files from receipt through underwriting and closing.
• Contact customers and collect documentation to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriting, closing, title, valuation, and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate file notes, SLAs, and process documentation.
• Escalate bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
