Job summary

World Business Lenders, a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce, is seeking a Closing & Funding Specialist to perform accurate closing and funding of loans, reviewing files for completeness and data integrity.

You will liaise with Production, Title and Underwriting, prepare/verify loan documents and mortgage for funding, schedule notary appointments, and ensure timely closings with compliant documentation. Remote position, EST hours 9-6, M-F.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance or real estate.
• At least 5 years in lending, mortgage or real estate closing.
• Experience with collateral documentation for purchase and refinance.

Responsibilities

• Close and fund loans, review files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Title and Underwriting.
• Prepare/verify loan documents and mortgage for funding.
• Schedule notary appointments and prepare funding packages.
• Ensure timely closes and compliant documentation.
