Job summary

UGR – United Global RoRo is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our Commercial team in Izmir. You will support pricing strategies, manage tender processes, and contribute to commercial evaluations of new business opportunities.

Work with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Legal to prepare competitive proposals, ensure compliant tender submissions, and deliver on time while tracking milestones and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of tender management, pricing, or commercial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of tender preparation processes and commercial documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for commercial data.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and FX fluctuations to support pricing analyses and commercial decisions.
• Prepare short- and long-term pricing proposals for existing and prospective customers with relevant stakeholders.
• Support feasibility studies for new trade lanes through commercial and operational analyses with Line Managers.
• Monitor public and private tender opportunities and coordinate end-to-end tender preparation.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documentation, ensuring completeness and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal to ensure tender documentation complies with contracts and laws.
• Track submitted tenders, prepare status reports, and perform post-tender analyses for improvements.
• Coordinate communication of awarded tender information to relevant departments and ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Prepare commercial reports, pricing analyses, and presentations to support business decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization of pricing and tender management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations throughout tender activities.
