Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye seeks an experienced technical presales professional to support fixed connectivity, SD-WAN and cybersecurity offerings for enterprise customers. You will analyze customer needs, design solutions, and collaborate with Sales to respond to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, strong networking skills (CCNP level a plus), and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Telco connectivity/UC/security presales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Computer/Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Connectivity, SD-WAN, DWDM and MPLS
• English proficiency and ability to translate business needs into Vodafone services
• Military service completed (for male candidates)

What You’ll Do

• Make troubleshooting in case of faults or service outages
• Find root cause of faults and take corrective actions
• Work in a proactive way to prevent incidents
• Give support to other teams
• Ensure that all Core services are planned and implemented in a resilient approach
• Ensure that current Core Network configurations are the same as they planned
• Contribute to VF Sales and Marketing strategies for VF strategic segment to ensure VF Turkey realizes its ambitions for the short-mid and long term
• Clear understanding of customer needs, addressing the right Vodafone solutions and creating customer‑specific technical solutions
• Identify and address customers critical technical issues (escalations) and non‑technical issues, and coordinate necessary support activities
• Ensure of understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical needs
• Creating presentations and demonstrations that summarise the simple technical and business benefits of the solution
• Understand the customer's business, strategy, needs and solution requirements, and translate these into Vodafone services
• Help the Sales Rep and solution sales team respond to RFI/RFP’s
• Ensure all activities are applied inline with time tables and budgets so that VF Turkiye can achieve its annual results and revenue targets

Who You Are

• University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
• At least 2 years Telco Connectivity/UC/Security Presales experience, at least 6 years work experience
• Very good technical knowledge of Fixed Connectivity, SDWAN, DWDM, MPLS
• Technology certifications from prominent vendors in Network, SD-WAN and Cybersecurity domains will be considered a plus
• Unified Communication tech. knowledge is a plus
• CCNP level of networking technologies is a plus
• Military service completed (for male candidates)
• Very good command of English
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
• Driving license (B class)
