Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance, install and configure a broad range of TD SYNNEX products, and integrate systems into customer environments.

You will monitor performance, log queries, and respond to call-outs in a timely fashion, with after-hours on-site requirements and documentation duties. Strong English and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow SLA for field and remote support.
• Monitor systems to ensure performance and proactively inform customers of risks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate to senior staff or vendors as needed.
• Hardware installation and physical deployment at customer sites.
• Manage RMA processes and liaise with vendors for parts.
