Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Istanbul seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to deliver technical support and drive sales for hospitality during Turkey-wide coverage. You will blend product knowledge with sales strategies to grow Local Key Accounts and coordinate with ELV/IT/security consultants.

The role requires strong Turkish and English communication, Windows/MS Office skills, and a college degree. On-site position with regular client visits and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales and technical support.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with local key accounts in hospitality and security.
• Turkish and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Technical aptitude in electronic security and access control.

Responsibilities

• Manage product support, technical marketing and project consultancy in hospitality security.
• Handle Local Key Accounts in Turkey, aligning pricing and long-term agreements.
• Engage with customers to respond to inquiries and provide sales/tech support.
• Process sales orders per company policies and attend industry events as needed.
• Provide 7/24 phone and remote support and on-call emergency coverage.
• Visit customers weekly (12–15) and present weekly reports.
