Job summary

Innomotics A.S. in Kartal (Istanbul) seeks a Service Engineer and Spare Parts Sales Support Professional to join our team. You will service LV/HV motors and drives, manage spare parts orders, and coordinate between warehouse, service teams and factories 24/7.

You will perform commissioning, fault handling and support service/sales teams for new opportunities, retrofits, and digital services with international clients. Strong Turkish and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with power systems background.
• +5 years in maintenance/service teams of factories or related suppliers.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Power Electronics, Electrical Motors & Drives; MV switchgear knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• LV/HV Motors and Medium Voltage Drive services, spare parts sales and order management.
• 7/24 coordination of end-user requests between warehouse, service teams and factories.
• Follow up installed base and identify opportunities for service, retrofits and digital services.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to generate new opportunities and contracts.
• Perform commissioning and fault intervention/elimination for motors and drives; support IIoT solutions.

Your future role.

• LV/HV Motors and Medium Voltage Drive services, service and spare parts offer and order management.
• 7/24 Coordination of end user requests between warehouse, service team and factories.
• Follow up installed base and opportunities
• Work with service and sales teamsfor new opportunities, retrofits (service & maintenance contracts, spare parts, digital services and condition monitoring contracts).
• Build relationships and network with key players at customer sites
• Perform commissioning, fault intervention/elimination and maintenance for Motors and Medium Voltage Drives,
• Perform commissioning of digital solutions IQ systems- a holistic solution and service to the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) for MV Drives and HV Motors
• Work in close cooperation with sales teams to ensure effective lead generation for new product, retrofit and service sales (service & maintenance contracts, spare parts, digital services and condition monitoring contract)
• Give constructive feedback to sales and service operations to increase process quality and customer satisfaction

Your profile.

• Passion for service, flexible 7/24 working hours and no restirictions for both domestic and abroadtravelling
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical&Electronics Engineering with power systems background
• Very good knowledge in Power Electronics, Electrical Motors & Drives. Basic knowledge in MV Switchgear systems
• Ability to meet demanding schedule requirements without compromising quality and EHS
• Minimum +5years of experience in maintenance teams of factories or service teams of related product suppliers
• Languages: must be fluent in spoken and written Turkish & English
